Governor Gianforte is committed to recognizing outstanding Montanans for their contributions. The Spirit of Montana award, Montana Governor’s Veteran Commendation, and Outstanding Service Award are a few ways the governor honors Montanans who give back to their communities and support one another.

- The Montana Governor’s Veteran Commendation recognizes outstanding Montana veterans who have selflessly served our country in uniform and made a positive impact in their community.
