Community Health Center Advisory Group
Larry Putman, Malta. Qualification: public representative. Putnam served as the CEO at Phillips County Medical Center in Malta for 13 years.
Kathy Kenyon, Billings. Qualification: public representative. Kenyon is an attorney and a director of the Montana Nonprofit Association.
Perry Howell, Billings. Qualification: chief financial officer of a community health center. Howell is the CFO for the Billings Deering Clinic.
Maria Clemons, Libby. Qualification: executive employee of a community health center. Maria Clemons is the executive director of the Lincoln County Community Health Center.
Marge Levine, Helena. Qualification: representative of the Montana Primary Care Association. Levine is the data and information manager for the Montana Primary Care Association.

Jodi Allison-Bunnell, Missoula. Qualification: public representative. Allison-Bunnell is an archivist for the University of Montana.
Faith Bad Bear-Bartlett, Hardin. Qualification: public representative. Bad Bear-Bartlett is an archivist at Little Big Horn College.
Peggy Gow, Deer Lodge. Qualification: public representative. Gow is a museum technician at the Grant-Kohrs Ranch in Deer Lodge.
Jodie Foley, Helena. Qualification: State Archivist. Foley is the state aarchivist for the Montana Historical Society.
Donna McCrea, Missoula. Qualification: public representative. McCrea is the head of archives and an assistant professor at the University of Montana.
Samantha Pierson, Libby. Qualification: public representative. Pierson is a librarian for the Lincoln County Public Libraries.
Kim Allen Scott, Bozeman. Qualification: public representative. Scott has served as the university archivist for Montana State University's special collections since 1994.
Governor's HIV/AIDS Advisory Council
Vicki Peterson, Pablo. Qualification: public representative. Peterson is a training coordinator in the nursing department of Salish Kootenai College.
Frank Gary, Butte. Qualification: public representative. Gary has worked in HIV prevention since 1994 and was a director of the Butte AIDS Support Service for 8 years.
David Herrera, Missoula. Qualification: public representative. Herrera is an HIV health educator at FDH & Associates in Missoula.
Mary Jane Nealon, Missoula. Qualification: public representative. Nealon is the Ryan White Program coordinator for the Missoula City-County Health Department/Partnership Health Center.
Kathy Hall, Billings. Qualification: public representative. Hall is a physician’s assistant at the Yellowstone City County Health Department.
Wendy Doely, Kalispell. Qualification: public representative. Doely is a division director for the Flathead City-County Health Department and a member of the Flathead AIDS Council.
Andrew Laue, Missoula. Qualification: public representative. Laue is vice-president of the Missoula AIDS Council.

Kelly Parsley, Helena. Qualification: public representative. Parsley is an education coordinator at the Friendship Center.

White Tail Feather is a viral hepatitis integration project coordinator for the Fort Peck Tribal Health Department.
Donna Davis, Helena. Qualification: public representative. Davis helped found the Yellowstone AIDS Project and now works for DPHHS.

Mike Birtles, Billings. Qualification: federal government representative. Birtles is a land surveyor for the Bureau of Land Management.
Lance Clampitt, Bozeman. Qualification: federal government representative. Clampitt is a geospatial information liaison for the U.S. Geological Survey.
Catherine Maynard, Bozeman. Qualification: federal government representative. Maynard is a state geospatial analyst for the United States Department of Agriculture.
Don Patterson, Missoula. Qualification: federal government representative. Patterson Is a geospatial group leader for the United States Department of Agriculture.
Lisa Kimmet, Terry. Qualification: local government representative. Kimmet is the Clerk and Recorder and Clerk for Prairie County.
Art Pembroke, Helena. Qualification: local government representative. Pembroke is the director of Information Technology and Services for Lewis and Clark County and the City of Helena.
Annette Cabrera, Billings. Qualification: local government representative. Cabrera is a GIS manager for Yellowstone County.
Lorin Peterson, Pablo. Qualification: tribal government representative. Peterson is an information technology program manager for the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes.
Christiane von Reichert, Missoula. Qualification: university representative. Von Reichart is a professor of geography at the University of Montana.
Ed Madej, Helena. Qualification: private sector representative. Madej is a GIS specialist for Tetra Tech Em Inc.
Alex Philp, Missoula. Qualification: private sector representative. Philp is president of GCS Research.
Ken Wall, Missoula. Qualification: GIS professional. Wall is CEO and a GIS analyst at Geodata Services, Inc.
Michael Sweet, Missoula. Qualification: GIS professional. Sweet is a geographic information systems and Research Specialist at the University of Montana.

Lola Wippert, Browning. Qualification: representative of the Blackfeet Tribe (member). Wippert is the director for planning and economic development for the Blackfeet Nation.
Ronald (Smiley) Kittson, Browning. Qualification: representative of the Blackfeet Tribe (alternate). Kittson is a council member of the Blackfeet Tribal Business Council, with a focus on economic development.
Rodney Miller, Wolf Point. Qualification: representative of the Fort Peck Assiniboine & Sioux Tribes. Miller is the executive director of the Section 166 Workforce Investment Act Program for the Fort Peck Tribe.
Jerry Lamb, Helena. Qualification: representative of the Governor's Office of Economic Development. Lamb is an economic development specialist in the Governor's office.
Board of Veterans' Affairs
C.E. Crookshanks, Missoula. Qualification: individual with experience with veterans' issues. Crookshanks is an honorably discharged Navy veteran and volunteers for many veterans' organizations.
Lloyd Jackson, Pablo. Qualification: representative of Tribal councils. Jackson is a tribal veteran representative from the Flathead Reservation.
Bob Pavlovich, Butte. Qualification: individual with experience with veterans' issues. Pavlovich is a former legislator and lifelong member of the American Legion Post #1 in Butte.
Harvey Rattey, Glendive. Qualification: Veteran, Tribal member. Rattey is a member of the Little Shell Band of the Chippewa and is a veteran of the US Army.
James Heffernan, Helena. Qualification: individual with experience with veterans' issues. Heffernan is a retired military veteran with over 27 years of service and has coordinated Toys for Tots for over 25 years in the Helena area.
Representatives of Montana’s congressional delegation hold nonvoting positions on the Board are: Mike Waite, Office of Congressman Dennis Rehberg, Helena; Don Slavens, Office of Senator Max Baucus, Billings; and Bill Lombardi, Office of Senator Jon Tester, Helena.
Youth Justice Council
Rosie Buzzas, Missoula. Qualification: competency in addressing problems facing youth. Buzzas is a social worker and former state legislator.
Dennis Dronen, Belt. Qualification: juvenile probation officer. Dronen is chief juvenile probation officer for the State of Montana.
Donna Falls Down, Hardin. Qualification: tribal court system. Falls Down is a court administrator for the Crow Tribe.
Dale Four Bear, Poplar. Qualification: competency in addressing problems facing youth. Four Bear is a mental health social worker for the Fort Peck Tribes.
Chantelle Gournay, Helena. Qualification: youth representative. Gournay is a high school student with an interest in the juvenile justice system.
Judge Pedro Hernandez, Billings. Qualification: local court system. Judge Hernandez is a Yellowstone County Justice Court Judge.
Tara Houde, Missoula. Qualification: youth representative. Houde works for a local car agency and hopes to help young women in the Missoula Youth Drug Court.
Pam Kennedy, Kalispell. Qualification: local elected official. Kennedy is currently serving her sixth year as Mayor of the City of Kalispell. Mayor Kennedy was also named as Chair of the Council.
Penny Kipp, Pablo. Qualification: competency in addressing problems facing youth. Kipp is a former juvenile probation officer.
Jennifer Kistler, Missoula. Qualification: youth representative. Kistler is interested in a long-term commitment to juvenile justice issues and plans to go to law school.
Ted Lechner, Billings. Qualification: competency in addressing problems facing youth. Lechner serves on the Yellowstone County Youth Service Center board of directors and volunteers with youth court.
Reverend Jerry Lowney, Helena. Qualification: competency in addressing problems facing youth. Father Lowney is an associate professor of sociology at Carroll College.
Joy Mariska, Billings. Qualification: competency in addressing problems facing youth. Mariska is the Yellowstone County director of youth court services.
Kim Miller, Virginia City. Qualification: competency in addressing problems facing youth. Miller is a small business owner and has served as a community social worker.
Wayne Stanford, Stevensville. Qualification: competency in addressing problems facing youth. Stanford is a 6th grade teacher at Lone Rock Elementary in Stevensville.
Katie Yother, Bozeman. Qualification: youth representative. Yother recently graduated from Montana State University and is on the board of the Montana Foster Care Advisory Council.
Teri Young, Miles City. Qualification: competency in addressing problems facing youth. Young is the director of care and custody at Pine Hills Youth Correctional Facility, located in Miles City.
