Helena, Mont – Today Governor Steve Bullock released the following statement regarding the observance of National Public Lands Day tomorrow, Saturday, September 26, 2015:

“Public lands and waters are part of the heritage of Montana. Whether it is for hunting and fishing, hiking and camping, grazing, or in our local communities at our parks, these special places are part of what makes our state a great place to work and play,” said Bullock. “It is our duty as Montanans to protect these cherished places and ensure they are there for future generations.”
